Todays Real Estate Market

Real Estate is a market that continues to change from one month to another, the market is stable one month, and the next month sales are down. All I can say is that in the cities I work in California, which are; Diamond Bar, Chino Hills and Chino, as well as Pomona, the market is stable and we are getting multiple offers. But in other areas like Riverside and San Bernardino the market seems to still have a lot of problems.

No matter what the so call experts are saying it all come down to what the market is doing in your area and what your future plans are. Like I said above, I work in California and the cities and areas I do business in like, Diamond Bar and Chino Hills, the Real Estate market is stable but in other cities like San Bernardino and Riverside, the Real Estate market is not showing signs of recovery.

If you are looking to buy a home that you are going to live in for the next 3 to 5 years or longer, the market is great, interest rate are way down and the prices of homes are still very attractive. Homes that were selling in Chino Hills and Diamond Bar that were in the Seven and Eight hundred thousand dollars are now down to Five and Six hundred thousand and the home in other cities like Chino and Pomona were houses were selling in the four hundred thousand are down to the middle two’s If you are renting, you may find that by buying a home in today’s market, your may actual be paying less for the monthly payment for that home over what you are now paying for rent.

If you’re looking to invest in Real Estate, that maybe a different story, depending on how long you are plan to hold the property before you want to resell it. If you’re looking to invest in Real Estate to receive rental income from the property, then that might very well give you a larger return then having the money sit in a bank. In Diamond Bar, Chino and Chino Hills you will not find very many home for rent.

But it all comes down to doing your research and working with knowledgeable and the right people.

If I were you, I would not be doing anything in Real Estate without a plan and in that plan I would have the right people ready to help me with that plan.

Remember in Real Estate, many of the people work on commissions, so the right people for you to work with may not cost you anything, until you actual invest.

But be honest with yourself and the people you’re going to be working with.

Like myself, when I decide to work with a client, it’s not just for one transaction but for the long term. Word of mouth is one of the best advertising tools there is, so I always do my very best to find the right Real Estate Investment for each and every client.
